I do not deny that those who lost the tech positions will be in a tight spot, but I still believe that allowing these companies to pay less for the same quality of work helps the economy as a whole. These tech workers will simply have to develop new skills. I know its shitty, but some things have to be sacrificed for the good of the whole. As for the jobs increase since August, I believe it is a good thing. Kerry’s argument that it is not enough is just another way to try and attack Bush. The job losses did not happen all at once, so neither will it rise at once.
