Well last night was interesting. My friend and I went over to my other friends fiances house. We got there about 9:30 and finished watching IT. Then at 10 we watched School of Rock, which I had seen before. It’s an ok movie. As we are watching this everyone else was drinking, I was the DD. We just hung out for most of the night, but then at about 1 things got interesting. The friend that came with me drank too much and was starting to get out of control. I was supposed to be the one to take him home, but there was no way I could take care of him in the car and drive at the same time. So, we got a hold of his brother who came over and got him. So, it was a little after 2 by that time. I didn’t get home until 2:30 got to sleep a little after 3 and then had to get up at 9 because I still had class. Everyone else is on break this week. Mine isn’t until next week.

Well, only 2 more classes until my break. Then next week I am gonna be redoing one of our bathrooms and I also want to finally get started to redo this site.

Last weekend I saw Hidalgo. It wasn’t bad, but it’s not that great. Tomorrow I really want to see Girl Next Door mainly because she is really hot.

Well I haven’t posted much lately. There is a good reason, nothing is going on at all. Got my Middle Eastern test back yesterday and I got a 97 + 10 on it, so that’s a 107. Gave a speech today. That went ok but I know I could ahve done better, oh well. Lab quiz yesterday in Bio class kinda blew and I have a test on Monday. Also Thursday I have a lab report due, 3-5 pages.

Only 1 more week until break. I still am not sure where I will be going next semester and what I will be studying. If I get my Math degree I may be able to get an internship where my cousin works and he makes a ton of cash, working with computers. But who the hell knows.

Ouch!

Today I had a quiz in my Differential Equations and he decided to thow us all a little curve ball, he made it no calculatior. The questions came from the homework problems from our book, so it was an open book quiz. But having the book didn’t help much. I could do most of the problems except for when it came to the integrations and it’s hard trying to remember how to do all of the different integrations.

On the plus side he gave us the answers and a couple hints for 4 of the 6 or so problems. He also gave us 15 minutes to talk with anyone in the class about any problem we wanted. So that helped out. It took a little over an hour to do the problems and I felt like banging my head against the desk a few times. I think I did ok. He is generous about partial credit and it is just a quiz which is not heavily weighted in our grade.

Well today I got my Bio test back and I did ok. Not great, but I can live with my 74.

Also last Thursday I had a test in my Middle Eastern History class and I think I did really well. I wrote about 2 pages on 4 identifications and another 2 pages for the essay.

I also got my Diff EQ test back on Thursday and I did ok considering I went completely blank on 1 problem. And the big problems wound up being about 15-17 points each and I wound up with an 81 and 15 of the points I missed we on just one problem, so if I didn’t fuck that one up I would have done much better. And tomorrow I have a quiz in that class, then a week from tomorrow is another test.

Speech class was entertaining today. We randomly received a topic or word and had to improve right there on the spot. I had to go first and got mustache and I don’t even remember what the hell I was talking about. One guy got Kurt Warner and started to say he was a running back. He had no idea who Kurt Warner was except for the fact that he played for the Rams. After everyone went the best got to pick a prize out (a bunch of stuff in brown envelopes), so they had no idea what the prizes were. So, she picked out and it was a copy of the Belleveille Journal with an article about the teacher. The class just broke out in laughter, it was really funny.

Not much else has been going on at all. I am planning on picking up the new Blindside cd tomorrow.
